Local Company Closes the Gender Gap

Lead 5050 aims to drive gender equality in the workplace through data, focused on helping partners increase their profits. Their mission has far reaching benefits to companies for continuous improvement of the workplace including how to attract the best talent from new generations, how to retain employees, reduce recruitments costs and reduce training and development costs.

Local company, EC English Language Centres, has been announced as one of the finalists is the Leadership category of this year’s awards. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Berlin on 29th October.

The executive team which is spread across the companies 22 locations, consists of Andrew Mangion, Martine Mangion, Rainier Buttigieg, Michelle Falzon, War War Tin and Lisa James.
