Leadership in Mental Wellness | Postponed to Friday 5 June 11am

Krystal, our guest speaker, is unwell so we will be postponing the session to next week: Friday 5th June at 11:00hrs. Apologies for the inconvenience!

While Mental Wellness has been a below-the-radar facet of life within businesses, one of the side effects of the COVID-19 crisis is that this important topic has been brought to the forefront.

Julian Azzopardi, CEO of UP Limited, the performance, coaching and training company, will be discussing this topic with Krystal Choo, on Friday 29th May at 11am. Krystal Choo has a passion for human connection, tech and leadership. The session, which will focus on Mental Wellness, is free and you will be sent the meeting link upon registering here.

Krystal is an innovator. Best known as a technology entrepreneur, transformative coach and two-time TEDx speaker, she works to correct imbalances in an age of lost connections – at times innovating through technology, other times, a powerful conversation.

As a tech entrepreneur, her vision has created global platforms built on the foundation of connectedness, authenticity and putting humanity at the heart of digital interaction. Her personal mission is to advance human connection in progressively virtual environments. Currently as the Executive Director of Thrive Hour, she delves into applied phenomenology and neuropsychology so that people can flourish in the way that’s most authentic to their unique selves.

A featured international speaker, breaking glass ceilings in an industry where only 2.6% of venture-funded businesses are female-founded and led, she is the steady voice for disruption and impact. She trains and consults with the leaders of global companies in the matters of the neuropsychology of culture, innovation, diversity, self-development, and purpose. Her impact is most felt upskilling teams to thrive in the moments that matter, by applying techniques derived from psychology and neuroscience.

Recognised as an influential thought leader, Krystal has been described as one of Singapore’s “Most Awe-Inspiring Women” (Cosmopolitan), “the Gritty Entrepreneur Singapore Needs” (E27), “A Triple Threat” (High Net Worth), awarded as one of Asia’s 50 Women Leaders, chosen to front SK-II’s global “Change Destiny” campaign with over a million views online, and named LinkedIn Power Profile 2015-2018, in the CEO category.

This session on Mental Wellness is free and you will be sent the meeting link upon registering here.
