Desk Yoga by Sanya – Wrist Stretch

Sitting up straight, raise arms to shoulder height in front of you, with one hand bend at the wrist so fingers are pointing downwards and apply pressure with opposite hand.

Repeat on opposite side.

 

Now bend one wrist in opposite direction so fingers are pointing upwards and apply pressure with opposite hand on the fingers.

Repeat on opposite side.
